- Include a position statement on the topic and a short biography, the total of which should be limited to 500 words for each panelist, up to a maximum of four pages for the whole panel

- Tutorials and Workshops: compile the following information:
- Title
- Organizers / Lecturers
- Abstract (max 500 (Tutorials) and 150 (Workshops) words)
- a very short 100-word abstract for the printed program
- submit camera-ready copies direct to the Tutorial or Workshop Chairs
- Camera-Ready Deadline: August 8
- Submission Guidelines:
- Formatting Guidelines (for all accepted categories - papers, posters, contest, panel etc)
- Prepare a high quality PDF
- (optional) assemble supplemental material for the online proceedings; make sure to submit all files with your camera-ready PDF, even if you already submitted them with your initial submission. IMPORTANT: README and SUMMARY files are MANDATORY if you are submitting supplemental material for IEEE XPlore. Failing to submit these two files by the camera-ready deadline will result in your supplemental material files not being submitted to Xplore.
- If you have not registered by the registration deadline your
PDF will *not* appear in the proceedings.
