Detailed Preparation Guidelines for TVCG: VAST/InfoVis/SciVis
 

(Camera-Ready) Submission Deadline: August 1

**Please remember that the TVCG: VAST/InfoVis/SciVis paper formatting guidelines make use of the journal style template - please double check to make sure you are following our TVCG camera-ready guidelines. Thank you!

**For submission of VAST and InfoVis *Conference* Papers, Posters, Tutorials, Workshops, Contests/Challenge, and all other submission types, please link to VIS formatting guidelines.

  • Submission Requirements :
    • Papers: maximum of 11 full colour pages (maximum 9 pages of main text and 2 pages for references)
      1. Review the Submission Guidelines found below
      2. go over the Checklist
      3. TVCG will contact your at a later date for electronic copyright submission through their system
      4. VAST / InfoVis / SciVis TVCG Papers: submit all camera-ready files online to PCS

    • Please note that the use of a teaser image is encouraged :)

  • Submission Guidelines:
    • Formatting Guidelines (for accepted papers)
    • Prepare a high quality PDF
    • (optional) assemble supplemental material for the USB; make sure to submit all files with your camera-ready PDF, even if you already submitted them with your initial submission. NOTE: a README file is mandatory and nosupplemental material will be accecpted without it.
    • If you have not registered by the registration deadline your paper will *not* appear in the proceedings.
