• August 31, 2018: VDS Papers Camera-ready Deadline

All material submitted to the tracks listed below will appear on the VIS conference electronic proceedings (USB) and will be submitted to IEEE XPlore.

• Submission Instructions:
  
  • VDS Papers: no more than 8 pages long—shorter papers are welcome
    1. Review the Submission Guidelines found below
    2. submit the IEEE eCopyright Form
    3. submit camera-ready PDF online to PCS
    4. Camera-Ready Deadline: August 31

• Submission Guidelines:
  • Formatting Guidelines (for all accepted categories - papers, posters, contest, panel etc)
  • Prepare a high quality PDF
  • (optional) assemble supplemental material for the USB; make sure to submit all files with your camera-ready PDF, even if you already submitted them with your initial submission. **IMPORTANT: README and SUMMARY files are MANDATORY for IEEE XPlore. Failing to submit these files will delay the Xplore process.
    
  • If the presenting author has not registered by the confernece registration deadline your PDF will *not* appear in the USB proceedings.
